  • Targeted mobility drills, tissue prep, and CNS activation. We warm up what we're about to load - no wasted time on a generic routine.

  • We drill the fundamental movement patterns before loading them. This is where technique is built and movement quality is established for life.

  • Coach-directed resistance training with progressive overload. Smart intensity - hard enough to drive adaptation, structured enough to keep you feeling good.

  • Anti-rotation, carries, and metabolic conditioning circuits. Built for real-world fitness - not punishment. Your engine gets stronger every cycle.

  • Controlled breathing, static stretching, and a brief session review. You leave knowing exactly what you trained and why it mattered.

FOUNDATIONAL

Full Body

Foundation of Take5

Every session trains the full body with rotating emphasis to drive steady progress and consistent recovery. Best for 2–3 days per week.

2–3×/week
INTERMEDIATE

Upper / Lower

Structured recovery windows

Alternates upper and lower body focus across the week. Ideal for clients training 3–4 days who want clear separation between muscle groups and predictable recovery.

3–4×/week
ADVANCED

Push / Pull / Legs

High-frequency volume

Maximizes weekly volume per muscle group while maintaining balance. Best suited for higher-frequency training and athletes with solid training history.

4–5×/week

Your split is determined during your free evaluation based on your schedule, goals, and training history.
